Delta Marketing Group seeks an entry- to mid-level web developer and designer. This person must be able to work independently or in a team with an assigned web designer. A thorough understanding of user experience design is essential. Familiarity with browser capabilities, user interface requirements, cross-platform testing, site architecture, and web server hardware are important to this position. Print design and production also are involved.
Qualifications:
- Must have experience developing websites using web valid HTML & CSS.
- Experience with JavaScript, Flash, PHP, Wordpress. and other CMS platforms is highly desirable.
- Can convert any PSD into Valid, Tableless, Optimized XHTML, and CSS.
- Knowledge of back-end database and server functionality.
- Knowledge of browser compatibility and Web standards.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver and InDesign) a must.
- Competency in search engine optimization, Web 3C standards and Web analytics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Problem solving and troubleshooting a must.
- Highly organized, proactive with creative corrections, and able to manage timelines independently.
- Able to collaborate with art director and project managers.
- Be efficient and committed to given deadlines.
- Self-motivated, able to prioritize, manage workloads, and meet critical deadlines including daily goals.
